DILSS Petroleum Limited (DILSS), incorporated in 2006, is a distributor and licensee of the Dalbit brand operating in the Republic of South Sudan. DILSS is involved in the procurement of a wide range of petroleum products including Jet A1, gasoil, gasoline, and Lubricants from major international oil markets, which they distribute to their customers in the Republic of South Sudan.

DILSS has storage and distribution depots located in Rumbek, Wau, Bor, Agok, and Juba which serve a diverse customer base. This includes various NGO agencies, resellers, and other industrial and commercial sector consumers in the aviation and road transport sectors.
